Skilled Mentors, Trained in Servant Leadership Development

Royal Rangers is an activity-based, small-group church ministry for boys and young men in grades K-12 with a mission to evangelize, equip and empower the next generation of Christlike men and lifelong servant leaders.

We are the best available Christian-based mentoring program for boys. Period.

This is not a para-church ministry. Outposts are an integral part of the church and follow the direction of the Pastor as they implement God's vision for ministry. This is why Outposts will differ greatly as they implement a Rangers program tailored to the individual needs of the congregation. The WNMD Rangers is staffed by volunteers who are passionate about this ministry because they daily see how the influence of godly men impacts the lives of boys in the district. With the help of Ranger Commanders, the district staff maintains Camp Wilderness, a full-service campground dedicated to the development of Christian leadership skills of boys and young men. Heads up the district's National Shooting Sports Program, part of the Ranger Academy.

Commander John coordinates all Academy training camps and is in charge of the annual Academy Banquet where graduates are awarded their Sabers.
